WARRANTY INFORMATION

Seller warrants that the Product delivered hereunder will conform to its specifications at the time of shipment. Before any claim will be honored, Seller must be given an opportunity to inspect the Product in the form in which delivered after receiving notice of Buyer's claim. Seller's liability hereunder is limited to replacing the Product to the place to which Seller shipped the original Product, and in no event shall Seller be liable for damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect or consequential.

SELLER MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, A WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR A WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. THE WARRANTIES GIVEN UNDER THIS SECTION ARE EXPRESSELY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
